I-75

From I-75 (North or South)

  1. 1Take I-75 to Exit 180 (KY-18 / Burlington Pike) in Hebron, Kentucky.
  2. 2Head west on KY-18 / Burlington Pike toward Hebron for approximately 1.5 miles.
  3. 3Turn right onto Worldwide Blvd. You will see a cluster of warehouse and logistics buildings.
  4. 4IBC Cincinnati is located at 1405 Worldwide Blvd on your left. Look for our sign near the main entrance.

Approx. 5 minutes from the interstate exit.

I-71

From I-71 (Louisville / Columbus)

  1. 1Take I-71 South toward Cincinnati. Merge onto I-75 South near the I-71/I-75 split in Covington.
  2. 2Continue on I-75 South for approximately 8 miles through Florence, KY.
  3. 3Take Exit 180 (KY-18 / Burlington Pike) and head west toward Hebron.
  4. 4After 1.5 miles, turn right onto Worldwide Blvd. Our facility is at 1405, on the left.

Approx. 20 minutes from downtown Cincinnati.

I-275

From I-275 (Beltway / Airport)

  1. 1Take I-275 to the I-275/KY-18 interchange (Exit 14) near the Cincinnati/NKY Airport.
  2. 2Head south on KY-18 (Burlington Pike) toward Hebron for approximately 2 miles.
  3. 3Turn left onto Worldwide Blvd, located in the Hebron industrial park area.
  4. 4Proceed to 1405 Worldwide Blvd. The facility entrance is clearly marked on the left side.

Visitor Info

Parking & Arrival

We offer ample free parking for all visitors, including designated spots for customers near the front office entrance. No appointment is required during business hours, but we recommend calling ahead for large-quantity pickups.

Semi-trucks and flatbed trailers should use the dedicated loading dock entrance on the east side of the building. Our loading area can accommodate up to four full-size tractor-trailers simultaneously.

  • Customer parking is located directly in front of the main office entrance.
  • Truck drivers should check in at the office before proceeding to the loading dock.
  • Handicap-accessible parking is available near the front door with ramp access.
  • Overnight parking for drivers making early-morning pickups is permitted with advance notice.
  • If arriving with a flatbed, please pull into the east lot for safe maneuvering.
  • Bicycle racks are available near the employee entrance for cyclists.

Park in our visitor lot and enter through the front office. Our receptionist will greet you, confirm your appointment or walk-in inquiry, and provide a visitor badge. The check-in process takes under two minutes.

Meet with a dedicated specialist who will discuss your container needs — whether buying, selling, or exploring recycling options. We will review available inventory, pricing, and scheduling right at our front desk or in a private meeting room.

Facility Walkthrough

If you would like to see our operations firsthand, we offer guided walkthroughs of our warehouse, cleaning station, recycling area, and loading docks. Safety glasses and high-visibility vests are provided at no charge.

Pickup or Next Steps

If you are picking up containers, our warehouse team will load your vehicle or trailer. For new orders, you will receive a detailed quote via email within hours. We follow up personally to ensure your experience was excellent.

Do I need an appointment to visit your facility?
No appointment is required during regular business hours (Mon–Fri 8 AM – 5 PM, Sat 9 AM – 1 PM). However, we recommend calling or emailing ahead if you plan to pick up a large order (10+ containers) so we can have everything staged and ready. For facility tours, scheduling in advance ensures a team member is available to guide you.
How quickly will I receive a quote after submitting the contact form?
Most quote requests are answered within 4 business hours. For standard inquiries, we guarantee a response within 24 hours. Bulk orders of 50 or more units are prioritized and typically receive a response within 2 hours. If your request is time-sensitive, please mention "URGENT" in the subject line or message.
Can I pick up containers directly from your warehouse?
Absolutely. Will-call pickups are available Monday through Friday 8 AM – 4:30 PM and Saturday 9 AM – 12:30 PM. Simply place your order via phone or email, and we will have your containers staged in our loading area. You can pick up with a personal vehicle (for 1–2 totes), pickup truck, flatbed, or full semi-trailer. We load at no additional charge.
Do you deliver, and how far does your delivery area reach?
Yes, we provide delivery throughout the Midwest and beyond. Our primary service area covers Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, Tennessee, West Virginia, Michigan, Illinois, and Pennsylvania. Standard delivery within 150 miles of Hebron is available with next-day turnaround. Longer distances are typically fulfilled within 3–5 business days. We can also arrange nationwide shipping via partner carriers for customers outside our direct delivery zone.
What is the best way to reach you for an urgent request?
For urgent needs — such as emergency container supply for a production line — the fastest method is calling our main line directly during business hours. We have a dedicated rapid-response protocol for urgent requests and aim to return calls within 30 minutes. Outside business hours, email info@ibccincinnati.com with "URGENT" in the subject line, and our on-call team will be notified.
Can I visit to inspect containers before purchasing?
Yes, and we encourage it. Walk-in inspections are welcome during business hours. Our warehouse staff can show you containers in various grades (Grade A, Grade B, Grade C, and as-is) so you can evaluate condition, cleanliness, and structural integrity firsthand. We also offer video inspections for remote customers who cannot visit in person.
Do you handle international inquiries or export orders?
While the majority of our business is domestic (US-based), we do handle select international inquiries, particularly for customers in Canada and Mexico. Export documentation, palletizing for ocean freight, and customs coordination can be arranged on a case-by-case basis. What if I need to cancel or reschedule a pickup or delivery?
We understand plans change. Cancellations or reschedules made at least 24 hours in advance incur no fees. Changes within 24 hours may be subject to a rescheduling fee if the truck has already been dispatched. Contact our logistics team at logistics@ibccincinnati.com or call us as soon as possible to make changes. We always try to accommodate last-minute adjustments.
