Careers FAQ

Do I need experience to apply for warehouse positions?

No prior warehouse experience is required. We provide comprehensive onboarding including forklift certification, safety training, and IBC-specific process training. A good attitude and willingness to learn are the most important qualifications.

What is the typical work schedule?

Our standard schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM for warehouse and production roles. Drivers have flexible routes with start times between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM. Sales roles follow standard business hours. We do not require weekend work.

Is there overtime available?

Yes. Overtime is available during peak seasons (typically spring and fall) and is offered on a voluntary basis. Overtime is paid at 1.5x regular rate. Some positions, particularly drivers, have regular overtime opportunities.

How quickly can I advance?

Advancement timelines vary by role and individual performance. Typical progression from entry-level warehouse associate to shift lead takes 18-24 months. Several current team members have been promoted within their first year. We prioritize internal promotion for every opening.

What is the interview process like?

Our process has four steps: application submission, 15-20 minute phone screen, on-site interview with facility tour, and offer within one week. The entire process typically takes 2-3 weeks. We respect your time and keep you informed at every step.

Do you offer relocation assistance?

For management-level positions, we offer relocation assistance on a case-by-case basis. For entry-level roles, our facility is conveniently accessible from a wide area — most team members commute 15-30 minutes from greater Cincinnati, Covington, Florence, and surrounding communities.
